I can't tell you how much I love hooping.  Since you came to Notre Dame School last October , my co-teacher and I have been hooping 4 times a day for 10 minutes each tiime.  Since last October I have lost 10 lbs. and 4 inches off my waist.  I will never stop hooping. Thank you Mary.
