Hooping is whirling through Northeastern Wisconsin.
People of all shapes, sizes and ages are really getting into hoop exercise for fun and fitness. As a result, I have begun teacher training certifications so that other interested hoopers can spread the joy of hooping into other communities. The training certification is an 8 hour workshop where you learn basic to intermediate level skills, choreographed routines, as well as specific teaching techniques related to hooping. We have 13 people trained already, with more waiting in line. More details will be provided on the website soon.
Happy Hooping,
Mary
